Invasive Plant Removal At Trail 9 Mini Oasis

Join Rock Creek Conservancy and the National Park Service for this invasive plant removal restoration event in Rock Creek Park. Invasive plants are a major threat to our fragile forests, and stopping their spread helps allow for a thriving native understory. Master’s Of Irish & Cape Breton Fiddle
What:
Originally from Fairbanks, Alaska, Caitlin Warbelow is a violinist and fiddler based in Manhattan. For seven years, she was the violinist/fiddler for the Tony Award-winning and Grammy Award-nominated Broadway musical “Come From Away”. Troy MacGillivray is from Lanark, a small community on the north-eastern shore of Nova Scotia. From as young as six years old, Troy was impressing audiences step dancing and soon after, his fiddle and piano skills.
